They are proud of soba made by a traditional method.

We started our guesthouse and soba shop in 1989. Tachisoba is famous is Hinoemata Village, and the hostess here makes soba by hand. She drys the soba seeds in the sun, quickly as possible mills the seeds into flour, and finally, without using any other additives, kneads the soba flour. This traditional method for making pure buckwheat soba includes cutting the soba like one would cut cloth. We also provide handmade dishes made with seasonal goods.
